Minutes of Meeting December 16, 2105
The Unity Sports Boosters Club met on Wednesday, December 16, in the Middle School Cafeteria. President Obert called the meeting to order with 10 members present.
The secretary’s report was given by Sarah Donley, and approved by the club.
The treasurer’s report was given by Kelly Miller and approved by the club.

Coaches reports:
Frank Cash: Boys basketball is currently 4-2. Girls are 7-1 and 6th seed at the Beardstown tournament which begins December 26.Kevin Krietemeier was selected coach of the year by about 3 different places.A new control box has been purchased for the high school scoreboard.
Seth Klusmeyer: Middle School volleyball has started practice.Middle school boys basketball has about 7-8 games left after the Christmas break.
Meeting was adjourned by Tammy Hildebrand and Missy Voth.
The next meeting will be January 27.

- Trivia Night: Shannon Whitehead will be taking it over for the After-prom Committee. The date is February 13. Motion made by Andy Obert and 2nd by Donna Jansen.
- MVIT: Discussed cutting back on the sandwiches from Jimmy Johns.
- Golf Stipend: Seth made the motion to pay $1877 for both years owed and see what happens.
- Memorial money usage: Tammy Hildebrand checked on pricing for a new scoreboard in the high school gym and found that just adding the side boards with rosters would cost $9000. A complete new board would be $1500. Frank will check with Coaches Krietemeyer and Carothers and get suggestion for using the money from them. She also contacted Pepsi and learned that the scoreboard was new in 1996, and Pepsi is looking to get away from providing scoreboards.
- Greenfield: Mike Jansen asked Donna to inform the group and the school that the gym will be kept in its current state and that local kids are welcome to use it to practice as needed. Contact the Coop to schedule.
- Girls tournament: Tammy Hildebrand asked for reimbursement for the hospitality room. Donna made a motion to approve up to $200, 2nd by Greg Hildebrand.
- Softball meal: Andy Obert announced that the softball girls will be hosting a meal before the game with Palmyra.
