- MVIT: Income was down about $400. Brown County sent an email that they are interested, but have contract with their current tournament for two more years. Jimmy John’s weren’t well eaten this year, probably will not be ordered next year. Pizza can probably be cut back next year as Payson will not stay and eat it at school.
- 3 on 3: During our meeting, Kim and Dennis Boccardi volunteered to take over for the Hildebrands, who are stepping down after 19 years.
- Boys’ basketball uniforms: approval was made to pay ½ of both JV and Varsity home and away uniforms. Will consider paying ½ of the warmups if the bill is presented.
New Business:
- Nominating committee: Andy Obert will be stepping down as president, and an officer nominating committee will be needed.
- Cheerleaders are holding a resale event for prom dresses as a fundraiser.
- After Prom trivia night: will be held Feb 25
