profit to $6,600.
- Football
pork chop stand: Cheesy fries were added to the menu and went over well,
funnel cakes also, but as the machine was not functioning properly, they did
not. 55 pounds of fries were sold at the
Homecoming game. Still need workers for
Senior Night. There may also be a soup
supper. Donna reported that she applied
for free meat from the Pork Producers, but it had already been given for this
year. Something to remember for next
year.

- MVIT:
We are back to a three night schedule. Holly Klusmeyer and Missy Voth did the
hospitality room last year. Sue will
continue to find rope holders and scorers.
Richard took care of honorary coaches in the past. It was decided to have tournament
ambassadors, 1 for each gym to guide the teams to their locker rooms as they arrive
and take care of anything they need.
Kelly Miller will now handle money boxes.
- Phil
Conover: addressed the club to tell about the upcoming Unit 4 Foundation
event. He wanted to stress that they are
supporting all athletics, not just baseball. The narrative that night will be
the total athletic picture and the history of success. Josh Kinney will also be coming. Shawn Dickerman and Phil are producing a
video for it. Ten to twelve athletes are
coming that Christina will select.
Reservations are coming in rapidly.
Messages will be sent out through sports boosters email list, UHS
website and facebook. Art students are
creating auction items.
