 New business:
·
Team  uniform sizes: Tammy Hildebrand brought up the issue of uniform sizes being  ordered for the current players, without regard for future years. There is a
form that is not currently being filled out. Julie McAllister has copies. The  standard should come from the AD.
The team asking for money for uniforms should have half the funds  currently available.  The form will  be obtained from Julie and Sarah Donley will post to the
website.

 ·
MVIT: issues to be checked on include contacting the sportsmens club for parking,  committee assignments, workers may need to be reassigned due to graduation of

·
Softball  field: Greg Hildebrand gave a report on the current state of the field,
which causes puddling toward  home  plate and  into the dugouts.  It needs major work, which needs to be
done before the next meeting for the grass to be successful for the coming  spring.  He asked for $2500 to
cover the materials needed to achieve this.  It has been discussed with Mr. Dorethy
and the school needs to be informed of the work being done.  Need to check on grants available for safety as with the boys fence.  Softball should be eligible for a
new wireless scoreboard next year. Motion for $2500 toward softball field  renovation made by Greg, 2nd
