Unity Sports Boosters Club
Minutes of Meeting December 14, 2016
The Unity Sports Boosters Club met on Wednesday, December 14 in the Middle School cafeteria. President Obert called the meeting to order with 11 members present.
The secretary’s report was given by Sarah Donley, and approved with a date correction by the club.
The treasurer’s report was given by Kelly Miller and approved by the club.
Membership: current membership is 46.

AD & Coaches reports:
Frank Cash:
7th grade girls basketball is currently 22-2. 8th grade lost their regional championship.
All girls will be honored at tomorrow’s high school girls basketball game.
Varsity boys’ basketball is 6-1, girls varsity are 5-5. MVIT will be 27, 28, and 29th.
The girls are seeded 7th at Beardstown.
Currently looking for a new head football coach. There have been 2-3 applicants already.
Brodie Dunker was named player of the year.
Seth Klusmeyer: middle school volleyball practice has begun.
The next meeting will be January 11 at 7:00 in the middle school cafeteria.
Marcia Cornwell made a motion to adjourn, Donna Jansen seconded.

- Pratt Memorial: Frank has a list of 2-3 things – a dumbbell rack (the current one is too small)
- MVIT: Frank has everything lined up. Cole Klauser was suggested to pick up the pizzas.
- 3 on 3: Greg & Tammy are willing to do one more tournament. We will be looking for someone to shadow them this year and take over.
New Business:
- Hospitality room for girls tournament: Approval was made to reimburse.
- Boys’ basketball uniforms: This will be discussed when the bill is received.
