Old Business:
- Huddle: Sommer found an original contract that stated what Sports Boosters, Football Boosters and all other athletic programs would pay each year. Sports Boosters over paid in December of 2022. Sommer will work with Principle Arnsman for reimbursement.
- Scoreboard: Sommer and Matt attended a meeting two Mondays ago about the scoreboard for the High School gym. A group of parents are looking at a $55,000 Digital Screen Scoreboard. Friends of Unit 4 willing to put $20,000. Sports Boosters says that purchase isn’t on top of our priority list so more discussion is needed and conversation will continue. For the Baseball Scoreboard an Electrician was to come and look at the unit, which hasn't happened yet.
- Sink in Middle School Concessions Stand: Bob Venvertloh has a partial drawing done; possibility of additional upgrades to the concession area.
- Wall mats in HS gym: This purchase will be covered by the school.
- Pepsi: We were informed that a 12 year contract was signed in 2021 that the group believes needs to be looked into. Thoughts were that the contract should have started in 2019. Reported that only at 1800 cases out of 12,000 cases total to spend down on terms of contract. Pepsi rep will only talk with Principle Arnsman.
- Uniform Rotation: Few changes were made, a revised schedule would be sent to AD who would send out to coaches for review to ensure last purchase dates were correct before approving the final rotation.
- Fundraiser Ideas: Alumni Event – August 12th? Flag Football and Volleyball. Johanna will work on registration link and flyer for the April meeting. Would like to have activity cards by August 12th so AD will reach out VW Fundraising to see if this is possible.

New Business:
- Baseball Field Dirt: Luke Maynard reached out about Sports Boosters helping with cost of hauling in dirt for HS Baseball Field. Sommer was having further discussion with Luke as of today nothing is happening with dirt. Tyler McAllister says can’t put dirt on the field at this time due to wet field conditions. Discussion was then is a load of dirt going to fix the issue. Johanna is going to start asking questions and explore what all the options are for updating the field. Spend $5,000 every few years or $15,000 up front to do things right. More discussion in April Meeting.
- Venmo: Sommer hasn’t had time to look into this as an option for membership payments and fundraising payments.
- Discount Cards: Can we have by Alumni Event?
- After Prom: Asked for a donation, $500 was approved.
- Fund Request Form: Form for requesting funds from Sports Boosters was revised and approved. AD will share with coaches, Johanna will link on the webpage.
